Parenting support & Family sessions

Service Description

Are you feeling totally overwhelmed by being a parent? Do you feel you don't understand how to meet your own children's needs? Are you feeling totally burnt out and struggling with work life balance? Parenting sessions give practical advice, support and guidance on how to understand the needs of a child in relation to their developmental milestones. Being a parent myself, we will look at how the impacts of parenthood can affect identity and a self image. Systemic sessions look at how each family member as a puzzle piece to one picture. The needs of each individual are important but also we need to look at how the family functions as a system. By using roleplays, games and projective play we can work dynamically within the family.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours notice must be given. If less than 24 hours notice is given full payment of the session will incur.
